Spontaneous Mode
Train are run on an ad hoc basis. If a token is issued then the describers will attempt to show an appropriate train for the bell code and route, if available. This is cancelled when the token is returned.
Timetable Mode
Train are run according to the active timetable. If Auto Ken is enabled then down train token exchanges will be triggered by Auto Ken either by the departure time in the timetable, or by the route being set, which must be within a couple of minutes of the scheduled time. An up train movement is triggered by the signaller in Loch Lochy. A movement must be completed, or cancelled, before the next move in the timetable can take place.
